Developing automated Morphometry to help mmeasure the impact of anthropized landscapes on the life traits of invasive species and crop aids.

The objective of this project is to help understand the influence of anthropized landscapes on the morphology of invasive species and crop aids. To do this, we develop an imaging chain for automated morphometric measurements. The link between these phenotypic variables and the metrics of habitat quality is then studied using appropriate data mining techniques. Densifying measurements and proposing adequate analytical methods, we hope to improve our ability to study local and / or landscape effects on underlying traits and community structure via trait divergence.
